Results are based on completed eviction cases only. Cases were counted as having representation based on the presence of an attorney associated with the landlord. It is difficult to assess the level of representation; thus representation is inclusive of one-day appearances to full start-to-finish cases. Attorneys, who may have provided advice or brief services at a help desk or over the phone, etc., were not counted and only attorneys who are specifically listed in the court record have been included.
