The purpose of this project is to investigate Chicago's chronic eviction problem. Our methodology attempts to answer questions about how the data was collected and analyzed to allow readers to evaluate the overall validity and reliability of this investigation. Much research remains to be done, and as we add new data and findings, we will create new releases and update our methodology accordingly. As such, data releases and their associated methodology are numbered and dated.
